He is a Post Graduate in Business Management (MBA – Finance) with CAIIB & Part I of ACCA.

He is having 8 years of good experience in running business strategically and promoted business in India, UAE, Tanzania and Sultanate of Oman, with good expertise in Business strategy and development.

He is Proficient in Financial / Credit Analysis with profound knowledge in Risk Management. He is having proven ability to identify the Problem, analyse possible solutions and determine best course of action to settle the issues. He can successfully integrate solid Management, Business development, and Personal Leadership in pursuit of bottom line Goals & Objectives.

He is having strong strategic and analytical capabilities combined with flexible and detail oriented attitude. He is an effective Leader who can inspire and motivate every team member with good inter-personal and communication skills. He has Optimistic outlook, with adaptable nature, ability to take practical, bold and timely decisions.

He has handled effectively various branches with a staff strength of 56, 110, 175, 250, 308, 575 and 1,275 while working at various positions in Bank & Financial Institutions.

He has thorough understanding of Banking & Finance Systems & Procedures with emphasis on Accounting, Trade Finance, Corporate Credit, Retail Banking, Foreign Exchange and Personal Banking. He has Good Exposure of consolidation & MIS and worked successfully at various positions in Bank & Financial Insitutions and came out with flying colours.

He Worked as Group Financial Controller, with a big group of Companies in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman, having 10 companies, with a team of 325 members enganged in the field of Construction, Interiors, Piling & Shoring, Metal Trunk Manufacturing, Healthcare & Dental care etc.,

He demonstrated Analytical & Mathematical skills coupled with excellent Relationship Management and Communication Skills.

He worked as Asst General Manager, with United Finance Company SAOG, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman for 8 years, which is a strategic job position, involving awareness, thinking, mentoring, sharing information and knowledge both upwards and downwards in the hierarchal chain.

He worked as Chief Financial Officer with Shore View Group, Vijayawada who are engaged in establishing a 4 Star Hotel, a Pharmaceutical Company & Convention Centres in and around Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

As CFO, he was overall responsible for the entire business transactions, General Ledger, Payables & Receivables of all companies under the group, setting up & supervision of Accounting Policies & Procedures, maintenance of Internal Control Systems, Syndication with Banks, Liaison with External Auditors, Conduct of Internal Audit and ensuring smooth functioning of all Companies.

As CFO he was instrumental in designing the Policies & Procedures at all Companies and implementing the same successfully, for affective administration of all the Companies.
